We provide body image and self-esteem programming and work together with other not-for-profit organizations, fashion design schools, and students in grades K–12.

    Age-appropriate awareness of eating disorders, their warning signs, and how to assist a friend or loved one who you suspect is suffering from a mental health crisis and has an eating disorder.

    Understanding body image and how to appreciate all bodies are good bodies, regardless of gender, size, age, color, or ethnicity.

    Healthy body image starts at home and within oneself. Discovering and utilizing ways to enhance one's self-esteem and body image offers a lifetime of awareness and appreciation beyond cultural norms, advertising, peer pressure, and familial expectations.

  • BODY

    General explanations of kinesiology, anatomy, and physiology highlight the awe-inspiring functions our bodies deliver on our behalf every day, without lifting a finger!

    Suitable for a range of fitness levels, we join together at events and gatherings to spread our love of movement, physical activity, and nature.

    Last but certainly not least, learn about the benefits of hydration and eating a wide variety of foods, including fresh fruits, farm-fresh vegetables, and grains, and their positive effects on our bodies.

  • SPIRIT

    For youth, educators, and parents/guardians, to use helpful calming spiritual tools to positively impact one’s day and learn how to redirect one's negative mindset to a more positive and better feeling space.

    Gatherings could include the following easy-to-apply practices:

    -Meditation: 20-minute mind/body release

    -Sound Healing: (Crystal /Tibetian bowls)

    -Breath Work: Oceanic Breath(™)
